Notice Description

A new Technical Analysis Server (TAS) system, including all associated hardware, installation, configuration, and the relocation of the existing TAS from Carlisle to AC&E's secure facility in Daresbury. This includes the provision of associated licenses.

AC&E are the only viable supplier due to their specialist, proprietary knowledge of the current TAS architecture, having configured and supported the system. The TAS is highly bespoke, and that alternative suppliers would introduce unacceptable technical, compatibility, security and delivery risks.
