Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is looking to reprocure Advocacy Services. We are seeking to bring awareness to the market of an upcoming opportunity and understand the market's preferred approached to a number of key issues to inform the decision-making process. The advocacy service will be countywide for children, young people and adults to access.

Lincolnshire County Council is preparing to re-commission and procure Advocacy Services. We are seeking insights from the market on its preferred approach to several key elements to inform the decision-making process. You are under no obligation to complete all questions. However, your support with sharing relevant knowledge and insights would be welcomed and appreciated. Please provide questionnaire responses directly via message through the Panacea e-tendering Portal (https://app.panacea-software.com/lcc/Login.aspx) by 28th April 2026 at 17:00. The responses will be collated and anonymised before being provided to the core decision making team. We are keen to understand a true reflection of the market's views; your answers will have no influence on your further participation in this process, and all responses will be treated as confidential and commercially sensitive.
