"rationale": "The supplier were initially engaged to deliver a piece of work on the development of the FSCS Culture with the Exec Team. Following completion of the initial programme with Exec, a new workstream was identified which is necessary and in line with the new FSCS 5-year strategy. In order to maintain consistency and a joined-up approach, FSCS have decided to retain the Supplier to work with its Senior Leadership Community on the new workstream. This was not foreseen at the outset and it does not change the overall nature of the contract. There would be additional costs if FSCS decide to change supplier for the additional work.",
