The event will be held on Wednesday 06th May from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm virtually, via Microsoft Teams. The event will provide an overview of the Local Authorities objectives, proposed initial requirements, and provide interested suppliers the opportunity to ask questions and share high-level feedback on the plans shared. Participation is voluntary and for information gathering purposes only. Attendance does not form part of any formal procurement process and will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any future tender opportunity. Please ensure that you send your request to attend message through the 'Messaging' facility on www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (and the ProContract system opportunity which sits behind this), no later than 4:00pm on Friday 01st May 2026.

Once you have emailed with the information required, a link to the virtual meeting will be sent to those identified at booking stage. The Council will send this nearer to event date of Wednesday 06th May. Please ensure that you send your request to attend message through the ‘Messaging’ facility on this ProContract system, no later than 4:00pm on Friday 01st May 2026.
