Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) Changes arising from LGR may affect governance, commissioning responsibilities, and the distribution of funding. Dependent on future local arrangements, there may be implications for service delivery and accountability. Demand exceeding capacity There is a risk that demand for Domestic Abuse support may exceed available resources, potentially leading to waiting times for assessment or intervention. Community reach and equity There is a risk that some communities may be under represented or face barriers to access."
