The Council is seeking to set up a Contract with a Service Provider who will 'buy' from the Council, previously collected and segregated paper and cardboard for recycling.

The Service Provider will 'buy' from the Council, previously collected and segregated paper and cardboard for recycling. The material shall be collected from council depots within East Ayrshire. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 5,000 tonnes per annum for collection.
