Notice Description
The aim of the procurement will be to deliver a Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) compliant sourcing process to commission a suitably experienced supplier to provide an employer funded Health Cash Plan with Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for up to 1,800 employees.

This notice is issued for information purposes only to inform the market of a forthcoming procurement opportunity. The contracting authority intends to undertake a competitive procurement exercise under the Procurement Act 2023 to appoint a provider for an employer-funded Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for up to 1,800 employees. The purpose of this notice is to raise awareness and allow potential suppliers to prepare for the upcoming opportunity. No formal procurement process is being commenced at this stage.
