Premium UK Emergency call-out contract: * 1 Service visit per year for 2 Engineers in line with Analytical Services Maintenance. * Unlimited call-outs per year. * Unlimited replacement parts as required to maintain equipment. * Immediate response by telephone during working hours or to GT mobile out of hours. * Technical support via phone or email within 48 hours * Maximum 5 day on site response to diagnose and try to fix fault. * Unlimited days on site, until facility is operational. * Fitting stock replacement parts for any parts that have failed * Quick response in ordering new parts required and immediate fitting when they Arrive.
