To support this, we are hosting engagement opportunities with existing and potential providers ahead of the formal procurement process. These include a market engagement event and a questionnaire, with the aim to: * Introduce the Council's Strategy for Independent Living * Share the Council's challenges, intentions and desired outcomes. * Explore delivery models and options for structuring the future service. * Invite views on desired outcomes and service scope. * Gather informal input to shape technical requirements and service design. * Understand current market capabilities, innovations and best practice. * Support networking to encourage potential partnerships, consortia, or supply chains. This engagement is part of the Council's commitment to designing a high quality, accessible, and inclusive services that meets the diverse needs of adults across the borough.
