Planning Information
This notice is for the provision of High and Low Voltage Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Contract. The aim of this procurement is to contract with a specialist Service Provider to complete all Planned, Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive, and any remedial works to the HV & LV infrastructure across STFC Estates. This new opportunity is to ensure there is enough value over the life of the contract, to build a partnership with a Service Provider, put in place key performance indicators and to demonstrate value for money. This contract will cover all High & Low Voltage, Inspection and Testing & Associated Services maintenance, reactive, and remedial works to the infra-structure detailed in the specification. UKRI STFC will be hosting a Supplier site visit for this requirement on the 6th of May 2026/10:00am/Meeting Room CR12, Building R68. This visit will last no more than 5 hours and a maximum of two attendees from each supplier organisation to register for the session. The start time will be 10:00am. Please confirm your attendance no later than 12pm (noon) on the 5th of May 2026.
