The provider is the only provider capable of delivering the services due to the nature of those health care services. This contract award has been made following Direct Award Process A (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 7) The contract term will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year at the sole discretion of the Authority. The contract will start on 01/04/2025 and end 31/03/2028, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 31/03/29. Contract Value for 25/26: PS398,959,592 Expected Contract Value for years 1-3: PS1,196,878,776). The extension provision (enacted at commissioner discretion) is PS1,595,838,368.00. Lifetime contractual value (including provision to extend) is PS2,792,717,144 This contractual value includes: Associate contractual portfolio of PS33,877,294.00 per annum; lifetime contractual value of PS135,509,176.00 (inclusive of extension provision). Specialised commissioning; of PS43,132,228.00 per annum; lifetime contractual value of PS172,556,912.00 (inclusive of extension provision). Additional information: 1 year extension
