Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Outdo Media Group Limited to supply a concessionaire service to provide commercial sponsorship services predominantly centred around roundabout sponsorship within the city of Hull. The contract is a concession contract. The current service is estimated to be valued at a total sponsorship income of around PS50,000 per annum.
