The service will include the provision of: * Inpatient admissions for pain and symptom management including psychological issues and end of life care. * Day Hospice services for pain and symptom management, rehabilitative palliative care. * Bereavement counselling services NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB are intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS88,023. Contract term - 05/05/2026 - 04/05/2027
