Summary of the contracting process

Midlothian Council is seeking one or more contracts for independent advocacy services for adults aged 16 and over in Midlothian. The work is a health and social care service, covering individual and collective advocacy. Lot 1 covers adults with mental health conditions, including dementia, and adults with physical disabilities, including older adults. Providers will help people understand and exercise their rights, express their views and participate in decisions about care, treatment and statutory processes.
