Preliminary market engagement is scheduled for 7 May 2026, allowing providers to participate in discussions via MS Teams to help shape the Council's requirements. Interested parties must register with the Care Quality Commission if applicable. Providers with expertise in home care, reablement, or domestic support services should consider participating in the preliminary market engagement to help shape the framework's tender specifications and requirements. Businesses capable of delivering high-quality services that enhance independent living at home stand to benefit greatly from this initiative, particularly those registered with the Care Quality Commission. The procurement process is specifically tailored to encourage smaller, locally based enterprises, opening doors for SMEs to grow and establish long-term partnerships with the London Borough of Newham. Engaging in this process could lead to significant business growth and influence in the local care sector, particularly for providers committed to improving quality of life for Newham residents.
