Notice Description

DMBC has a requirement for asbestos services which is intended to be split into Lots as follows: Lot 1: Asbestos Analytical & Consultancy Services - This lot will provide analytical and consultancy services across Dudley Council's Housing stock (approx. 21,062 properties) and Corporate Assets (schools, offices, community centres, leisure facilities, garages, etc). Lot 2: Asbestos Removal & Ancillary Licensed Scaffolding - This lot will deliver licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal services, including ancillary scaffolding, across Dudley Council's Housing stock and Corporate Assets.

The pre-market engagement process will consist of the completion of a questionnaire which requires a response before Monday 11th May 2026. The questionnaire can be found on Dudley e-tendering portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/blackcountryportal/aspx/Home Participation or non-participation in the pre-market engagement process shall not prevent any supplier participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of this process shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation will be at each supplier's own cost. No expense in responding to this process will be reimbursed by the Council. ***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION***
