Lot Information

Lot 1 is working with the PCS (Property Construction Services), reactive and planned maintenance within the broad property portfolio of corporate buildings.

Lot 2 with BTS (Building & Technical Services) to cover blockages of toilets, baths, sinks, manholes, CCTV camera work. Also reports and investigations for pests. Mainly residential properties.

This tender is for 2 Lots, one Lot is working with our Corporate Team and the other Lot is working with our Building & Technical Services Team. You will need to be located near enough to Luton so you can attend emergencies within a set timeframe.
