Organisational Development Partner
Notice Description
CTMUHB seeks to procure an Organisational Development (OD) partner to support this agenda by fostering the leadership and cultural conditions that will enable effective regional working. Specifically, we are seeking a partner who can support the ability of the partners teams to work in a complex adaptive system and further develop practices for effective collaboration. The OD partner will operate across three system levels; 1) Boards, 2) Executive Teams, and 3) Wider leadership teams; to create alignment, build trust, and embed collaborative behaviours that sustain transformation.

Renewal: 5.1.2. There is an option to extend the Initial Term of the Agreement by 12 months; however, this is subject to Health Board review of the contract, funding approval, and confirmation that the Health Board is satisfied with the output and overall performance.

Pre-Market Engagement Session: CTMUHB will host a virtual pre‑market engagement session for interested suppliers: Date: Friday 22 May 2026 Time: 11:30 – 12:30 (1 hour) The session will include: - An overview of CTMUHB and the emerging requirement - A walkthrough of the proposed scope and objectives - An opportunity for suppliers to ask questions during a Q&A session Please note: The session will be recorded. A summary of the session will be shared with organisations who express interest but are unable to attend. Interested organisations should register their interest via email by close of play (COP) 20 May 2026 to: veronika.jones@wales.nhs.uk
