Fire Risk Assessments
Notice Description
To appoint a contractor that is experienced, qualified and suitable to undertake Fire Risk Assessments for Hillingdon owned Housing and corporate stock. The requirement is to ensure we are compliant with the Regulatory Reform order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021 and other associated compliance within the relevant areas. There are approx. 520 Housing blocks and 110 Corporate sites. This will include requirement for Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Risk Assessments - External Walls. The contractor will be required to produce a clear fire risk assessment reports, including details of recommended works, risk rating, time scale and photographic evidence.
