Economic Operators maybe excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Employer's (Compulsory) Liability: 10m GBP in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims Public Liability: 10m GBP in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims Other Insurance: Statutory Third Party Motor vehicle insurance - only where providers will use their vehicles when undertaking activities under any awarded contract.
