This notice relates to the requirement to award a concession contract to the British Society of Plant Breeders ("BSPB"). The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of plant breeders rights, national listing & seed certification. The services are: Service A: Design and Organisation of Value for Cultivation and Use Trials, Except for Potatoes, Grasses and Clovers Service B: Design and Organisation of Value for Cultivation and Use Trials for Grasses and Clovers We are presently working to assess the expected value of the concession contract, as a result the requirement may be assessed to be a below threshold requirement.
