Coventry City Council is seeking a multidisciplinary design team framework to support its school expansion programme and provide design consultancy for additional capital projects across other Council service areas. Lot 1

Renewal: The initial term of the Framework will be for the period of two (2) years from commencement but may be extended, by mutual agreement by two (2) increments of 12-months to an expiry date no later than four (4) years from commencement. The services will be subject of review in the second and third years and the results of those reviews will inform the Council's decision whether to offer any extension.
