Specialist Deep Cleaning
Notice Description
The Council seeks to appoint a single provider to provide Specialist Deep Cleaning services for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance. This will include, but not limited to: * Communal area deep cleans * End-of-tenancy cleans * Post-eviction cleans * Biohazard cleans * Drug paraphernalia and contaminated waste cleans * Emergency response cleans * Specialist cleans to newly acquired Temporary Accommodation (TA) properties

Luton Council will shortly be going to market to award a contractor for Specialist Deep Cleaning in Luton and would like to invite you to attend a Preliminary Market Engagement prior to publishing this tender on 30th June 2026 @ 10am. This event will outline our requirements, the tender process (Including how to sign up/access the procurement portal), provide some guidance on Social Value and provide an opportunity for some Q&A.
