In recognition of additional demand for renal dialysis in Norfolk and Waveney JPH agreed to establish an innovative overnight renal dialysis service at a cost of PS300k. This would enable the repatriation of JPH catchment patients from Norwich. In recognition of the 6 months required to establish the JPH service it was agreed to commit PS150k to NNUH to flex their capacity as an interim measure. JPH have now confirmed that they are unable to establish an overnight service. Consequently, the remaining PS150,000 (of the 24/25 PS300k allocation) will be used to support Q3 and Q4 activity at NNUH on the basis that the planned additional capacity at JPH will not now be available and a number of JPH catchment patients will continue to require dialysis at Norwich. Effective date of the modification - 05/01/26 and value of modification is PS150,000.",
