A GP-led palliative medical service (by an Advanced Practice Nurse), with: * Planned ward rounds three times per week for medical care and to establish relationships; * Inpatient clerking where required during normal working hours; and * Escalation support during normal working hours. Estimated at approx. PS52,000 Services are intended to be provided 25th May 2026 to 31 March 2027 Additional information: The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard - 100% weighting
