This structured, predictable model ensures continuity and avoids the fragmented medical input that can occur with alternative providers. Castle Partnership provides a stable, experienced team. The team has a proven track record of collaboration using SystmOne integration which is essential for collaborative patient care. The model provides valuable, essential, continuity at end of life care.",
