Notice Description
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Authority, on behalf of National Resilience, seeks potential suppliers of a mobile Mass Decontamination (MD) capability for use by UK emergency responders. The scope of this engagement covers public, responder, and ancillary decontamination capabilities, including waste management, communications, inclusivity, and support arrangements.
Planning Information
The purpose of this Pre-Market engagement is to gauge the level of interest in this opportunity and obtain feedback from the market. It does not formally begin a procurement process or constitute any commitment by the Authority to undertake any procurement exercise. The Authority will be hosting a Pre-Market Engagement session on: Friday 10th July Participants may attend either: In person (at a location within Merseyside), or Virtually via Microsoft Teams. To register your interest, please email procurementmfrs@merseyfire.gov.uk by 5:00 PM on Wednesday 8th July, confirming your preferred method of attendance. Please note that the session will be recorded, and the recording will be made available upon request.
