Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a contractor to refurbish and remodel a large domestic bungalow at 9 Park Crescent, Abergavenny, converting it into a house in multiple occupation (HMO). The works cover general upgrades to internal finishes and fixtures, installation of a new heating and hot-water system, and complete electrical rewiring. External works include soft landscaping, a new vehicle hardstanding area and electric-vehicle charging facilities. Bidders will also need to demonstrate how their approach delivers quality and community well-being benefits, not only a competitive price.
