Suppliers should be able to present a clear service methodology, effective organisation and management systems, monitoring arrangements, and equipment maintenance practices. Bidders will need to provide hourly and daily rates, and for Lot 1 a schedule of rates. Demonstrable social value commitments will also contribute to evaluation.
