The Substance Use Outreach Nurse team works closely with Housing, Safeguarding, Primary Care, Pharmacies, and other colleagues, to take high-quality, outreach nursing care directly into local communities to support people experiencing homelessness and substance use. The contract has been award following the Provider Selection Regime Option A. The contract value is PS80,000 per year. Contract term is 31/03/2026 - 01/04/2027 with options to extend by 4 x 12 months
