The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to determine the capability and capacity of the market to deliver such an integrated digital solution to further support and enhance the future delivery of Council Adult Social Care Internal Provision services, and at what indicative costs. This preliminary market engagement seeks to identify all the options available to the Council at this stage.
