Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 253 Tamworth Road, Long Eaton. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to the existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following: * Associated plumbing and M&E services alteration. * Alterations to floorplan layout. * Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. * General building works. * Demolition of garage. * Associated external works. Bidders should refer to the Specification for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. Please register your interest to visit by emailing cchristopher@progressgroup.org.uk. An opening date will be posted on the portal in due course. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection. It is an open house and no appointment is necessary. Failure to visit site and report in with RWP will result in your tender being invalid. The anticipated Contract is a one - off project, the estimated contract duration will be for a period of 20 weeks starting approximately 17/08/26 and completed by 08/01/27 (subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract).
