This contract is to appoint a supplier to produce a Housing and Economic Land Needs Assessment (HELNA). The study is required to consolidate existing information at a Spatial Development Strategy (SDS) level and fill in any gaps in relation to housing and employment needs and supply to support the development of an SDS policy framework.
