The contract specification, terms & conditions, contract term & contract value remain unchanged & therefore the conditions for the considerable change threshold are not met, satisfying the conditions to meet direct award route C. Key criteria considered in the decision making process include: Quality & Innovation (25%) Value: In terms of the balance of costs, overall benefits and the financial implications of an arrangement (25%) Integration, collaboration and service sustainability (20%) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice (20%) Social Value (10%) Conflict of Interest Assessments have been completed for this procurement & no conflicts were identified.",
