Priority areas 2 & 3, as indicated in accompanying mark up to be changed to decorative asphalt surfacing. 30 Additional HTA fees associated with revised design for power bollards. 32 Additional HTA Planning consultant fees associated with submission of pre and post-occupation conditions. 33 Updates to the play area to incorporate additional inclusive features (sand pit, picnic table and communication board). Rev A of this CCN includes an allowance for virtual meetings following our call 34 Design fees associated with enhancements to the approach route to the Italian Terrace steps. The timber edging to the base of the central staircase is currently in poor condition, broken and inconsistent. 35 Request to review landscape enhancements to external areas of the Visitor Centre in response to anticipated use and hiring of outdoor space.",
