Notice Description

This procurement is for the provision of plumbing maintenance services and associated works for the British High Commission (BHC) Lusaka estate, covering both office and residential properties. The requirement is based on the Terms of Reference (ToR) and procurement plan, which define the scope, service standards, and performance expectations for a comprehensive plumbing maintenance contract. The objective is to ensure that all plumbing systems and infrastructure are safe, functional, compliant, and effectively maintained across the estate. Extent of Requirement The services will be delivered across 18 properties, including the BHC office, the High Commissioner's Residence, Leopards Green Compound, and standalone houses.
