Notice Description
This procurement seeks to procure a compliant, scalable solution for monitoring Hand Arm Vibration (HAV) exposure across railway operations, with a preference for wearable (watch-type) devices supported by an integrated data management platform. The procurement responds to the organisation's statutory obligations under UK health and safety legislation to measure, manage, and reduce employee exposure to vibration risks associated with powered tools and plant.

Lot 1
Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the option to extend the use of this contract to other parts of TfL , including but not limited to London Trams, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), and London Overground. Any such utilisation will be limited to requirements of a similar nature and scope, and subject to agreement with the appointed supplier. This provision is included to enable operational flexibility, promote consistency in service delivery, and deliver potential efficiencies across the wider organisation where appropriate.
Renewal: Contract extension for 3+3 years.
