The works will be for: Working in Occupied Premises - 45211000-9, General Construction Work - 5210000-2, Refurbishment over 15K - 45453100-8, Washroom Systems - 45330000-9, Installation of fire doors - 45421131-1, Roof works - 45261000-4, Installation of internal electrical services - 45310000-3, Fire alarm systems - 45312100-8, Partitions - 45421141-4, Internal hot and cold-water services - 45332000-3-, Painting & Decorating General - 45442110-1/45451000-3, Joinery first fix - 45421000-4, Demolition 45111100-9 for a period of 6 weeks and will commence not before Aug 2026.
