    "description": "The value of this contract is PS385,000.00. As the contract is based on activity and tariff this value may change but not significantly. This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.' Following unforeseen insolvency of the existing provider, an urgent award has been made to Haven House Hospice. The award period is for one contractual year to enable service continuity to a vulnerable patient group across three boroughs. An award has been made to mitigate this risk during which time NEL ICB will plan and conduct an compliant procurement for future services. No conflicts of interests were identified in the award of this contract.",
