Brentwood District Council has awarded a contract for the provision of a digital, plug-and-play monitoring solution to support independent living. The system is designed to meet the needs of residents within the Council's sheltered housing schemes, enabling enhanced safety, monitoring, and support.

The contract covers the supply of technology enabled care equipment to support independent living within sheltered housing schemes. This includes the provision of approximately 450 digital "plug and play" monitoring units (hub and pendant starter packages), associated SIM connectivity, and smoke detection devices.
