3 separate platforms for bespoke training packages and professional services that are already underway within the Trust where Supplier owns IPR. A review of the market procurement routes will be done within the next 12 months.
Procurement Information
The current supplier has already developed bespoke training packages and a platforms for the Trust which are underway, the supplier owns IPR of this bespoke content and package and going with another supplier now will duplicate costs as the Trust will need to start again with new content for what they are already in the process of delivering. This is an interim contract term to identify routes to market and review the market as a whole via PME.
