The London Borough of Lambeth sought local providers to deliver supported employment services through a targeted Individual Placement and Support “Place and Train” model. Proposals needed to explain the service model, partnership approach, equality and inclusion measures, monitoring and continuous improvement, and how staff would be trained and supervised.
