The majority of these will be within the county boundary however some may be being procured outside of Surrey. Following this exercise the Supplier is required to produce two strategies; one for the newly formed East Surrey, and one for the newly formed West Surrey. These new organisations will be in place on 1 April 2027. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Tuesday 1st September 2026 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of seven months until 31st March 2027.
