We do not currently have up-to-date performance data and this has been requested however due to current time constraints, we agree to process the extension at risk.<br/><br/>Total (estimated) value of 12 month extension based on previous year activity PS686,000. This is an activity based service.<br/><br/>We acknowledge that this extension results in an increase in contract value exceeding PS500,000 and more than 25% of the original contract value (31%). This has been assessed, and we accept this risk in accordance with PSR 2023 and internal governance requirements. Following the 12-month extension period, the procurement team will be looking at options for the following period. There has been an increase in activity since the original contract as this is an activity-based service.",
