Evidenced based clinical pathway Review of safety alerts, submission of data and implementation of clinical guidelines. 3. Cost effectiveness and Efficiency Implementing strategically significant primary care efficiency programmes. The service requires that there be a movement toward targets for prescribing via patient reviews, education and clinical audit.
