Lot Information

Renewal: The Contract shall be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to twenty-four (24) months, comprising two (2) optional extensions of twelve (12) months each.

The event format will be as followed: • Presentations by Technical Leads and Procurement • Question and Answers for suppliers Pre-Market Engagement Event Objectives The objectives for the event are for the Association to: • To gain a better understanding of market capacity and capabilities • To gauge and generate market interest in the requirement • To discuss and explore best practice, efficiencies and innovation within the market • To help understand potential service delivery models for Heydn’s property portfolio • To provide an opportunity for suppliers to engage and raise questions to Hedyn regarding the requirement or procurement approach Following the event there will be an opportunity for suppliers to ask further questions to Hedyn regarding the requirement. The responses will be circulated to all attendees via the E-Tender Portal. All presentation documentation will be included within the Tender Pack when it is published via the E-Tender Portal.
