Provision of extra care services at Brookside House, 46 Brookside Avenue, Knotty Ash, Liverpool, Merseyside, L14 7LN. Full details of the requirements can be found in the procurement documents.

Options: Utilisation of each schemes hours will be monitored and may result in an increase or decrease of hours within each scheme, or the requirement for additional services to support the scheme. The contract values stated in this notice are based on the Authority's current hourly rate. The Authority has the discretion to review the hourly rate annually as part of its fee setting review and market shaping duties under Section 5 Care Act 2014 and, as a result in any changes in standard fees rates for Extra Care Services, the Authority would vary the contract value accordingly. Renewal: The option to extend is for up to 36 months in any number of configurations. Extensions will be used at the sole discretion of the contracting authority.
