The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has awarded a further competition for for the provision of Testing, Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of Air Conditioning, Testing, Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of Air Handling Equipment and General Extractor Fans Cleaning, Service and Repair services through the 882 - Internal Fit-out and Maintenance DPS.

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has awarded a further competition for for the provision of Testing, Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of Air Conditioning services through the 882 - Internal Fit-out and Maintenance DPS.
Options: The duration of the Contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years with an option, at the sole discretion of the Authority, to extend the Contract by a further one (1) + one (1) years + one (1) years (3 years) subject to satisfactory contract performance of the appointed supplier and the Authority still having the need and funding for the arrangement and the Contract continuing to provide Best Value.
