Summary of the contracting process

Northumberland County Council is seeking suppliers to hire plant and vehicles with operators for work across Northumberland. The requirement covers excavators, loading shovels, road sweepers, road pavers and planers, tractors, hot-box and tipper wagons, and general haulage.
