Notice Description
The framework is to provide EWR Co. support in completing the range of environmental surveys required to inform the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, licensing and permitting requirements and the design of the railway. The framework durations will be for an initial 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years (1 + 1).

VII.1.4 Description of the procurement Provision of environmental survey services through a multi-lot framework agreement covering environmental disciplines required to support rail infrastructure development. The modification provides for: Extension of the framework term to 31 January 2027 Additional expenditure of approximately PS12.86 million The framework allowed for the exercise of a 1 plus 1 year extension beyond the initial term of 1 May 2021 to 1 May 2024. That temporal extension option was exercised.
