Framework Agreement for the provision of a clear and clean service on void properties and communal areas to general need blocks
Notice Description
This framework agreement/competitive tender is for the provision of clearance and cleaning services in predominantly void (untenanted) social housing properties and communal areas to general need blocks, but not limited to: Property and Garden Clearances (including roof/loft spaces) Pre and post cleaning of void properties Carpet cleaning Rubbish removal Offensive graffiti removal Pest control Hoarding dispersal Needle sweeps White goods disposal There may also be occasions where additional contracted services are required including but not limited to: Collection and disposal of fly tipping Specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed Minor graffiti removal Hazardous waste removal Garage site clearances and disposal Decanting of resident's personal effects to CCDC approved management site The successful supplier MUST be able to complete a clearance of a void property within 24 hours of being instructed that Cannock Chase District Council (CCDC) Housing Maintenance has access to the site and to complete any external rubbish removal within 72 hours of the same instruction. The successful supplier MUST be able to complete a rolling monthly programme for cleaning and clearing services to the communal areas to the Council's 33 general need blocks (2 & 3 Storey blocks), making sure each individual block is attended once a month and all communal windows and doors are internally and externally cleaned once a year.

Renewal: At the Authority's entire discretion, the term may be extended by 12 months to a final end date of 31st December 2030 on the same terms for such period(s) in accordance with the contract.
